Donald Hampton Grainger

Donald Hampton Grainger, 65, of Gap, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at his residence.

Born in Detroit, MI, Donald was the son of Wilson E. and Rose Marie (Erhart) Armentrout. He was the beloved husband of Betty Jane Grainger with whom he shared 39 years of marriage.

In addition to his wife and father, Donald is survived by his children Desiree Shivery (James) and Scott Grainger (Juss); and granddaughters, McKenna and Adelyn Shivery.

Donald was preceded in death by his mother and brother, William Paul Grainger.

Donald was the owner of Fence Sense. He was a member of West End Fire Co. and the Moose Lodge in Coatesville. 

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 from 9:30-10:45 AM at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 AM and interment will be at Philadelphia Memorial Park, Frazer.
