Lenora "Norniee" A. Fryberger

Lenora “Nornie” A. Fryberger, 74, of Downingtown, passed away the evening of Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at her home. She was the loving wife of Edward Fryberger.

Lenora loved hanging out with family. Whether it was at the pool with her in-laws, or the beach with her son and grandchildren. Anyone who knew Nornie will remember her playing Rummy Cube or any other board game with friends and family. She also had a love for anything to do with Elvis Presley. Some of her favorite times where jitterbugging with her dad and listening and dancing to rock- and-roll frmo the 50’s, 60’s or 70’s.

In addition to her husband, Ed, Lenora is survived by her child, John L Porter, V (Wendy) of Milford DE.; her father, Aubrey Brown of Parkesburg; her brothers, Greg Brown (Cindy) of East Earl, PA, Mike Brown of Rockwell, NC and Ray Brown (Rosanna) of Parkesburg, PA; grandchildren, Stacey McFarland-Martinez (Jeffery) of Elverson, Jack Porter, Reese Porter and Susan Porter of Milford, DE; and great grandchildren, Mason McFarland-Martinez, Kashton Martinez and Hudson Martinez all of Elverson, PA. Lenora was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews including, Ray and Brianna Brown of Parkesburg.

Lenora is preceded in death by her mother, Anna Brown previously of Millsboro, DE and a sister, Terry Zebley previously of Englewoood, FL

A visitation will be held Monday, January 25, 2021 from 10am – 11am at the James J. Terry Funeral Home COATESVILLE location, 1060 W. Lincoln Highway Coatesville, PA 19320. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all attendees are required to wear a face mask or covering and maintain social distancing.
