Luigi B. Sarmento, 60, of West Chester, passed away suddenly on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Chester County Hospital.  He was the beloved husband of Colette Cunius Sarmento, with whom he shared 26 years of marriage.

Born in West Chester, he was the son of Mary Jane Ebee Sarmento and the late Luigi B. Sarmento, Sr.

Luigi enjoyed boating, hunting, fishing, golf and cooking.  He was a real family man and loved spending quality time with his family.  He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Downingtown where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

In addition to his wife and mother, Luigi is survived by his children, Ross Wayne (Laura), Brandon Sarmento (Krista) and Dominique Sarmento; his brothers, Alonzo, Joseph and Patrick; his sisters, Rose, Roxanne and Tina and by 6 grandchildren, Ross, Anthony,Kamryn, Kaylee, Gage and Rowan.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, September 19, 2020 at the Sarmento Home, 1661 S. Glenside Road, West Chester, Pa 19380.
