Robert Gordon Drummond was born on August 30, 1950 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Gordon and Virginia (Wood) Drummond. Rob passed away on Monday 18 January 2021, surrounded by family, at home. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy Louise (Sprague) Drummond, son Geordan (Patricia), grandsons Graham, Quinn, Declan; brother John (Susan), nephews Bryan (Julie) and Jeffrey, and sister, Marcia (Drummond) Miller
Rob graduated from Elmhurst High School in 1968, received his B.S. Accounting from I.U. and was an Air National Guard veteran. He retired from Central Soya where he was audit manager for Europe, director of audit establishing audit functions for Eridania-Beghin Say of Italy, director of IT in Fort Wayne, and GM and CFO of a start-up joint venture green-field project in China.
Rob also was founder and CEO of OnCall Professional Services of Fort Wayne and senior advisor for Frost Advisors. He served on the board of NE Indiana Public Radio, McMillen Health Center, and Science Central.
Rob was a member of Exton UMC. Exton, PA. He was also was a member of CBMC. Faith and family was his focus.
Rob will be laid to rest at Hopewell UMC cemetery, Downingtown, PA.
The family requests no flowers; however, donations can be made to Exton UMC or Abramson Cancer Center at Penn Medicine.
There will be a private graveside service for family only. A virtual memorial will be scheduled later.
