William E. Fetterman, 83, of Downingtown, passed away at his residence on Monday, December 5, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Born in Phoenixville, William was the son of the late William and Mary Jane (Kelly) Fetterman. He was the beloved husband of the late Anita (Proftay) Fetterman, who passed away in 2005, and Doris (Sumner) Fetterman, who passed away in 2021.

William had been employed by Pepperidge Farms for more than 35 years. He had volunteered with Phoenixville Fire Police, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. William enjoyed fishing, golfing, and working in his yard.

William is survived by his children: Kim Shoffner, wife of Joe, of Dillsburg, PA, and Mike Fetterman of Downingtown; grandchildren: Ryan and Amanda; great grandchildren: Everleigh and Waylon.

In addition to his wives, William was preceded in death by his sisters: June, Gloria, Shirley, Dot, and Betty.

A visitation will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 9:45-10:45 AM at James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown. A funeral services will be held at 11 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Downingtown.
